Gene Sussman is the Group Product Manager for IBM Cloud Pak for AIOps. In this role, he manages a team of product managers on all facets of the strategy and execution of creating and delivering IBMs AIOps product as well as legacy products in the IT Automation portfolio. Prior to joining the Cloud Pak for AIOps team, Gene held several positions throughout IBM including Team Lead in the Marketing Analytics group where he focused on using top of funnel data to inform Go-to-Market strategy, and Advisor in IBM's Market Insights group where he counseled senior executives on digital routes to market. Before joining IBM, Gene founded two venture capital backed companies. Gene holds an MBA from the Yale School of Management and a BA in history from Yale University.
